Phil Roy gave me his card and I contacted him when I was ready to purchase a vehicle. From beginning to end it was a relaxed, no pressure, no stress experience. While waiting for the vehicle to be ready I purchased heavy duty mats and a cargo mat to protect the carpeting. When the vehicle was ready, Phil took the time to put the mats in my Rav4 XLE. Bob was prepared and ready to help me find what I was looking for. He did not use high pressure tactics nor did he try to up sell me. I felt he wanted me to be comfortable with the purchase I was making.
From the moment I began looking to the moment I drove off the lot in my new to me Jeep I was impressed with the service I received from Lenny St. Pierre. Being on a limited budget I knew the chances of finding a vehicle of any quality would be slim. Lenny sat down with me and began looking. He read over his list of cars, finding one that was in my price range, but he didn’t think it would work with my disabilities. He found another but he thought the mileage was too high. When we settled on test driving a Jeep Compass I was leary because the seats didn’t look soft, cushioned enough for my troubled hips. What did Lenny do? He told me to take it for the afternoon and drive it to see if I could handle the seats for an extended time. I did and I could. Finding me a loan was difficult as I hadn’t used any credit for over 10yrs. Lenny spent several hours finding me a loan that would work for me and terms that the Central Maine Motors Auto Group would find acceptable. Lenny did it again. He negotiated a deal that made all involved happy. After signing the paperwork Lenny gave me a perfect pink rose and opened my new car’s door for me. This was my first experience as a solo car buyer. Lenny made me feel at ease, not rushed and in control, not to mention his wonderful sense of humor. Lenny St. Pierre deserves a red cape and a Superman badge. He is my hero!
